1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions describe use of the Accelution Technologies website and the initial discussion of technology services. Accelution Technologies is an IT services business based in Kolar, Karnataka, India. The website provides general information; it does not by itself promise that a service is available, suitable, or currently offered in every location.
Using the website means you should use it lawfully and respect the rights, security, and availability of the website and its linked services. If a separate written quotation, work order, invoice, or service agreement is accepted for a particular engagement, that document will define the agreed scope and commercial terms for that engagement.
2. Services and availability
The website may describe computer and laptop repair, CCTV installation and support, Wi-Fi and networking, printer setup and support, business IT support and AMC discussions, general IT support, software and website solutions, automation, AI and digital solutions, and infrastructure or security work. Examples are provided to help explain possible requirements; they are not a catalogue or a promise that every capability, product, partner, or solution is available.
Availability depends on the requirement, location, equipment, information provided, supplier availability, technical feasibility, scheduling, and any separate approval. Contact Accelution Technologies to confirm whether a proposed service can be considered.
3. Enquiries, quotations and service approval
A website form submission, phone call, WhatsApp message, or email is an enquiry and does not itself create a service contract. Before work begins, the parties should clarify the requirement, proposed scope, assumptions, timing, applicable charges, parts or third-party costs, access needed, and the person authorised to approve the work.
Any estimate or quotation is based on the information available when it is prepared. A changed requirement, previously unknown fault, unavailable part, supplier change, or additional work may require a revised quotation or approval. Accelution Technologies should not begin materially different chargeable work without appropriate customer approval.
4. Diagnosis, repair and technical work
Diagnosis may be needed before the cause, solution, parts, time, or price can be understood. Repair or configuration work may depend on the condition of the device, operating system, software licence, network, data, user permissions, third-party services, and equipment supplied by the customer or another provider.
No repair success, response time, uptime, compatibility, recovery, or particular outcome is promised by this page. A device or system may have pre-existing faults, hidden damage, unsupported software, malware, failed storage, or other conditions that affect the work. Any service-specific promise must appear in an approved written engagement.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the device, system, location, symptoms, ownership, access, and constraints.
- Confirm that you have authority to request work on the device, account, network, premises, content, or data involved.
- Provide reasonable access, permissions, power, connectivity, and a safe working environment where the agreed work requires them.
- Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment-card data, or private keys through ordinary contact messages. Use an approved secure process if one is specifically provided.
- Review and approve the proposed scope, charges, changes, and any parts or third-party services before they are ordered or used.
6. Backups and data
The customer is responsible for maintaining current, tested backups of important files, configurations, databases, credentials, licences, and other data before diagnosis, repair, migration, installation, replacement, or security work. A backup should be stored separately from the device or system being worked on and should be restorable.
Work may involve changes to software, settings, storage, accounts, networks, or hardware. Unless a written engagement expressly says otherwise, this page does not promise data recovery, uninterrupted availability, preservation of every setting, or successful recovery from a failed or damaged device.
7. Hardware replacement and third-party parts
Where hardware or parts are proposed, the quotation or approval should identify the item, compatibility assumptions, source where relevant, price, taxes or other applicable charges, and any supplier or manufacturer terms that apply. Availability and lead times can change.
Third-party, refurbished, customer-supplied, or manufacturer parts may have different compatibility, support, and warranty conditions. No particular brand, authenticity, warranty, or performance is promised by this page. Any parts, sourcing, return, or warranty term must be stated in the approved commercial document for that engagement.
8. Charges and payments
Applicable charges may include service or diagnostic work, parts, travel, taxes, delivery, third-party services, licences, subscriptions, or other items identified in an approved quotation or invoice. The amount, payment method, payment timing, tax treatment, and consequences of non-payment are not specified by this website and must be confirmed before publication and before each engagement.
9. Cancellation, refund and rescheduling
This page does not create a general cancellation, rescheduling, return, or refund policy. Any such condition must be stated in the relevant approved quotation, invoice, service agreement, or separately approved policy, subject to applicable law. Do not infer a blanket refund or no-refund promise from this page.
10. Warranty and third-party terms
This page does not offer a blanket repair warranty, service-level commitment, uptime guarantee, or product warranty. A warranty or support commitment applies only if it is expressly stated in an approved written document. Manufacturer, software, cloud, hosting, ISP, messaging, payment, and other third-party terms may apply separately.
No workmanship warranty, parts warranty, AMC coverage, exclusion, claim process, or support window is created by this page. Any warranty or support commitment applies only if it is expressly stated in an approved written document.
11. Disclaimers and limitations
Website information is provided for general guidance and may become outdated or contain mistakes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without a promise that it will always be available, error-free, secure, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
This page does not set a monetary cap, indemnity, or other engagement-specific allocation of responsibility. Any such term must be stated in an approved written engagement and remain subject to applicable law.
12. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Accelution Technologies name, branding, website design, original text, graphics, and code are owned by Accelution Technologies or used with permission. You may view and use the website for lawful personal or business enquiry purposes. Do not copy, republish, modify, sell, or present the website materials as your own without permission.
Project deliverables, licences, source code, customer content, third-party materials, and usage rights should be addressed in the relevant written engagement rather than assumed from these website terms.
13. Third-party links and services
The website links to WhatsApp, email, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other services or references. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may have separate terms, charges, availability, security practices, and privacy policies. Accelution Technologies is not responsible for changes or failures in a third-party service that is outside its control.
14. Applicable law and dispute resolution
This website does not state an exclusive court, arbitration clause, venue, notice period, or escalation process. An approved written engagement may identify applicable Indian law and a suitable dispute-resolution process, subject to applicable law and the parties' circumstances.
15. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the website, services, commercial policies, or applicable law changes. The effective date and last updated date will be revised when an updated version is approved. A separate written engagement may contain terms that apply specifically to that work.
16. Contact and draft status
For questions about these terms, email [email protected], call +91 6363285328, or message WhatsApp.
This page is a professional draft prepared for Accelution Technologies' business and legal approval. It is not legal advice, a commercial quotation, a warranty, or a certification of legal compliance. The owner should obtain appropriate legal advice and confirm the facts before publishing this version as the final Terms & Conditions.
