Privacy Policy
Privacy, explained plainly.
This draft describes how direct contact and the website enquiry form may handle personal information.
This page is a draft for approval. It is not a certification of legal compliance or legal advice.
Effective date: 14 October 2026

1. Who we are
Accelution Technologies is an IT services business based in Kolar, Karnataka, India. This website provides information about possible technology services and ways to contact the business. The website does not currently state a registered company name, registration number, or street address; those details must be added if they are required for the final policy.
For questions about this policy or information you have sent to us, contact [email protected], call +91 6363285328, or message the same number through WhatsApp.
2. Information you choose to provide
You may choose to provide information when you use the website enquiry form or contact Accelution Technologies by phone, WhatsApp, or email. The form asks for your full name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, optional location, requested service, message, and acknowledgement of the enquiry privacy notice. Direct contact may also include device or system details and other information you decide to send.
Please do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment-card details, private keys, or other highly sensitive information through a public message or an unrequested link. We will not ask you to publish those details on this website.
3. Website form, phone, WhatsApp and email
The current release candidate includes an enquiry form as well as direct links for phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email. The form is intended to send only the information you choose to provide to a same-origin server-side contact endpoint. It does not ask for passwords, one-time codes, payment-card details, private keys, or sensitive documents.
The approved production design is intended to store validated enquiries in Neon PostgreSQL. After storage succeeds, the visitor may choose to open their own email application to prepare a message to [email protected]; the website does not send that message or claim that it was delivered. This checkout has not connected to production Neon or used production credentials. The production storage, processors, and activation status must be confirmed before this policy is published as final.
4. Optional analytics, cookies and similar technologies
The website uses optional Google Analytics measurement ID G-FPZ4YSQSED only after a visitor actively selects “Accept Analytics”. Before that choice, the Google tag is not loaded and the site does not send analytics measurement. If analytics is accepted, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser technologies and may receive information such as page views, device or browser information, approximate location derived by the provider, referral information, and permitted interactions with the website.
Visitors can select “Reject Optional” without affecting access to the website or the enquiry form. The persistent “Cookie Settings” footer link reopens the choice; withdrawing acceptance updates the local preference to rejected and attempts to remove accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not reverse information already processed by Google. Advertising consent categories remain denied, and enquiry names, phone numbers, email addresses, and message content are not sent to Google Analytics.
Owner review required: confirm Google Analytics administrator retention, advertising and Google Signals settings, processor arrangements, and whether the local preference is sufficient or a consent-management platform and server-side consent record are required.
5. Why information may be used
Information may be used to respond to an enquiry, understand a device or business requirement, discuss availability and scope, explain applicable charges before work, maintain correspondence, improve website content and usability, protect the website and communication channels, and meet applicable legal obligations. No future use should be added without updating this policy and reviewing the relevant notice or consent requirement.
6. Service providers and sharing
Information may be handled by providers involved in the channel you choose, including the approved website hosting/API provider, Neon PostgreSQL if the enquiry backend is activated, the email application and mailbox provider you choose, WhatsApp, Google Analytics after consent, and social-media providers whose links appear on the website. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where professional advisers need it for a legitimate business or legal purpose.
This page does not claim that every possible provider, processor, subcontractor, or data transfer has been identified. Owner review required: add any additional provider, hosting arrangement, CRM, mailbox, backup, payment, or service-management system that actually receives personal data.
7. Security
Accelution Technologies should apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and the way it is handled. The planned server-side contact path uses validation, parameterized database queries, TLS database connections, protected environment configuration, payload limits, origin checks, rate limiting, a honeypot, and generic public errors. This policy does not promise a particular security certification, encryption standard, incident-response time, or result.
8. Retention and deletion
Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as it is needed for responding to the enquiry, an ongoing business relationship, legal or accounting obligations, dispute handling, security, or another documented lawful purpose. This draft does not invent a fixed retention period. Owner review required: confirm the Neon retention schedule, mailbox and WhatsApp handling, backups, deletion workflow, and any legal holds before publication.
If you ask us to delete or stop using information, email [email protected] with enough context for us to understand the request. Deletion from WhatsApp, email, analytics, or other third-party systems may also require action under that provider's process.
9. Privacy enquiries and applicable rights
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 provide a framework for digital personal data, with commencement and obligations applying in phases. The final policy should be reviewed against the provisions and commencement notifications that apply when it is published. Depending on the applicable law and the person's status, a privacy enquiry may involve access to information, correction or completion, erasure, grievance handling, withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis, or another applicable right. These rights are not stated here as unlimited or automatically available in every situation.
Send a privacy enquiry to [email protected]. We may need to verify the request and may ask for clarification. Owner review required: confirm the grievance contact, response process, identity-verification method, and any escalation route before publication.

10. External website links
The website links to services and platforms operated by other organisations, including WhatsApp, Google, Facebook, and Instagram. We do not control those websites or their privacy practices. Review the relevant provider's terms and privacy information before sharing information there.
11. Future website features and activation status
The release candidate has an enquiry form interface and local-only test backend. Production Neon storage, account features, checkout, payment collection, newsletters, chat tools, and other data-collecting features must not be activated until the data flows, provider review, security controls, privacy notice, and any consent or notice experience are approved. The form must not be represented as live production storage until that activation is complete.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may change when the website, contact channels, service operations, providers, or applicable law changes. The effective date and last updated date will be revised when the policy is approved and changed. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate channel where required.
13. Draft status
This page is a professional draft prepared for Accelution Technologies' business and legal approval. It is not a representation that the website or business is certified or fully compliant with any law. The owner should obtain appropriate legal advice and confirm the facts before publishing this version as the final policy.
